Here is the procedure for amending your apprenticeship agreement: the apprenticeship agreement should include all the learning achievements that the student must obtain during the exchange. Here is your form to amend the learning agreement: Changes Form Model The courses that appear in your transcript of the recordings must correspond to the courses of your apprenticeship agreement. If you have made changes to your initial apprenticeship agreement, you must complete a new form and send me a signed copy of the „Apprenticeship Contract Form Changes” form. Your home university compares the learning agreement form with your registration protocol. You have to match. With regard to student mobility for internships, the apprenticeship agreement should define how the internship is recognised, depending on whether it is counted in the student`s diploma, on a voluntary basis (not compulsory for the diploma) or by a recent graduate. The apprenticeship agreement defines the program of study or internships to be carried out abroad and must be approved by the student, the sending body, the organization or the company before the start of the exchange. The student can apply for an extension of the study period within one month before the end of his Erasmus studies. The extension can be up to a total of 12 months, but remember that you must end your Erasmus mobility by September 30. Here is the procedure for extending your mobility: for the mobility of students for studies, the apprenticeship agreement should define the group of educational components that will be replaced at the end of their studies abroad.
